DBD driver has not implemented the AutoCommit attribute

I'm getting this error intermittently and keep on getting locked out of MT4. My hosting company say it's not something at their end/something they can help with.

I haven't changed any code recently so I don't think it's me making a mess of things. Any help gladly received.
