I’m doing tests and tests.

It seems that on the first level of inclusion of templates, the modifies are shown,

In other words Main Index includes Footer, and in Footer I put a SSI inclusion of a TEST.shtml file. If I change the content of TEST from “3” to “4” the website pages do show “4” without rebuild the site! And this is a good new. Now I must check if I go deeper in the template structure it keep on reflect the TEST modifies…..

I'm not understanding at all.
If I update the file recent\_entries.shtml manually, it reflects changes among the pages.
But I saw that the recent\_entries.shtml in the afternoon was Already updated, so don't understand why earlier these updates was not shown. :-{

Now it works. I change nothing from the afternoon, but now the content of recent\_entries.shtml is updated and correctly shown among the website
(Recent Entries Widget includes this file)

It's a mistery for me.....

Not, It doesn't work. I see that in single entries pages, and in poages like Contact and About, there's still a Recent entries list not updated: it's not reading the recent\_entries.shtml :-(

I'm doing a Save & Publish on the Pages and on Entries templates and now they reflect the changes in recent\_entries.shtml

Nothing to do: on the Entries the file recent\_entries.shtml is read onlty in Publishing phase.
After it, if I change its content, the entry doesn't reflect the changes :-(
