How do I modify my plugin's infomation?

Hello, this is a Nick(smallworld) writing from Japan.

I found that Movabletype.org had picked up my plugin and registered it to the Plugin Directoy. I am very glad, by the by, I would like to ask some questions about information and usages of an way of modifying.

1. I somtime tried to register my plugin and login to the submit page, http://www.movabletype.org/cgi-bin/mt/mt-cp.cgi?_mode=editentry&blog_id=32

but in that time, I always saw a error message in display, in spite of I wrote all informations about a plugin, and all required items. The error message was below;

Can’t call method “type” on an undefined value at /etc/mtcs/cgi-bin/www.movabletype.org/mt/addons/Commercial.pack/lib/CustomFields/App/CMS.pm line 433.

So what is a problem about registering a plugin? I can’t understand what is a problem.

2.Like above, I couldn’t register my plugin to Plugin directory, but now my one was registered by someone and it was displayed in the list of “Newest Plugin”. I wonder who registered my item to that.

3.The my blog’s root url is used as the plugin’s url . Because I am Japanese, so my blogsite is written in Japanese, and I think almost all of members (except for Japanese members) can’t read my entries and they would not be able to find the documentation of plugin. So I want change my plugin’s document’s url, but I don’t know how do i modify my plugin’s infomation. Does anyone know about an way of modifying plugin’s information?

4.When I clicked my displaeyd name, http://www.movabletype.org/members/nicksmallworld an error always happen, but I can’t modify this eroor message and my own iformation. Why this error occurs? How do I do about this?

As I wrote i’m very glad to be registered my resource, but I also think that this MovableType forum and Plugin directory has so many errors and difficulties to use. So ordinary people, who are not used to this forums and MovableType softwares , and they are not English native speakers,should feel like that this forum and mmovabletype.org is very hard to use and unfriendly.

Please tell me about these four things, and also please check out the usability of forums and movabletype.org.
