Minor modification to the "Professional Blue" style authored by Jim Ramsey

Hello. I'm using the "Professional Blue" style authored by Jim Ramsey. The template includes four global links: HOME, BLOG, ABOUT and CONTACT... All I want to do is change "BLOG" to "NEWS".

Does anyone where I change that? Which files? In Which directories?

This is a brand new install via Pair. I've made no additions or modifications.

I'm obviously relatively new to Moveable Type.
