After having upgraded to 4.21 some of my dashboard widgets, mainly Blog Stats, don't appear to be working. The header (with entries, comments, etc...) shows up but no data. I re-uploaded the MT-Static directory to make sure something wasn't missing but no go.
Has anyone else had this issue?

I have a similar issue. I have the the same as you have considering the stats and also not the first part of the dashboard with the yellow background and MT information. It has only disappeared on two of the blogs so it is very strange.
I've had this issue as well. Haven't found an answer yet, but I'd be curious to know if you can create a new blog and on the new blog, the stats reappear.
If I create a new blog, the stats work on the dashboard of that blog, but not any of my existing blogs.
