Manage Assets Issue

Vote 0 Votes

I'm using MT Pro, and when I attempt to manage my assets, I'm getting a 500 Internal Server Error. Any ideas/suggestions on how I can rectify this.

Thanks in advance.

  • I should've read through the MT documentation first. But I added ImageDriver NetPBM to my mtconfig file, and now Manage Assets is working for me.

  • Ah, an easy thing to miss. Did the mt-check script indicate that was missing?

    • Ya know, that was the first thing I checked, and there was no indication it was missing.

I have an inclination that it has something to do with my host (Surpass Hosting)although not entirely sure; because I installed MT Pro for a friend who is with Dreamhost, and there were no issues.

But whatever the issue was, I'm glad it's now resolved.

  • I am having the same problem. I have Image::Magick installed on my server; do I really need to install NetPBM?
