I think I'm being stupid but I entered my Yahoo/Flickr username (arvind_2111 - which generates the link just fine in the other profiles listing) but I'm not getting any of the action streams from flickr, these error messages are in my Activity Log:

I'd love to debug this but I don't have time so any ideas?

try using your flickr id number rather than name, also you have a space in photop ublic and format=at om10
Thanks to Rob, managed to nail this down to be a problem due to the fact that I used my Yahoo username rather than the Flickr ID. To figure out how to get from your Y! username to Flickr ID, try IDGettr. Thanks Rob!
Thanks for that suggestion Rob. It can be a bit misleading when you use your flickr user name as it appears to link up to your account in flickr, however nothing shows in the Action Stream. When I switched to the flickr ID everything appeared immediately in the stream.
