Dates are screwed up

I have a few items from Digg that are off by a few hours, and I think it's a timezone issue. Does anyone know how to make ActionStreams use your blog's timezone?

    The date/time on each action is determined either by the feed or by the time it was picked up, depending on what the feed provides. Have a look at the raw feed from digg and see if the dates/times in there match what your action stream is reporting.
