Dashboard submenus - gone

Upgraded from 4.1 to 4.2 RC2 and discovered none of the sub-menus are showing on mouseovers. The upgrade went well and there were no errors, until I logged in and seen the issues. Is anyone experiencing this problem or is it just me? I think I will go back to 4.1

    ok... and this is the reason why you should ALWAYS give yourself some free time like a vacation and not work 24/7. I uploaded the 4.2 RC2 but I forgot to upload the mt-static folder.
