So there's a "Subcategories" tag that will display subcategories for the entire log for you... and there's an "EntryCategories" that will show you all the categories for an entry, but not in a hierarchical manner.
There is not an EntrySubcategories... the ability to show all the categories for just that entry while respecting the hierarachy.
What would be the best way to simulate this, since there doesn't appear to be a tag that exists for this purpose?
