Upgrading from Beta to Professional Pack

After futzing around with the 4.15 beta and putting together a pretty decent site, I have decided to move on to the Professinal Pack to use the custom fields.

Can I do this? If so, how? Or will I have to just delete the files for the Beta, reinstall the Professional Pack and start from scratch?

Incidentally I had a few problems with the Beta (wasn't able to publish comments by clicking the link provided in the notification email, for example) so perhaps I loaded it wrong.
