hey there, i got your action streams running great on my frontpage as an include. I was wondering if there was a tutorial anywhere to allow us to make plugins for it? - i'm really wanting to get my blip.tv, vimeo and seesmic posts on it as well. Could you help me out with that?
Also, i'm noticing that only my flickr, digg and twitter seems to be updating in the actual feed - i've checked my user account details and they are correct so i'm a bit confused. anything i can check to find out if there is an issue anywhere?
Hi Phil, though there is now tutorial a closer look to the existing plugins for the Action Streams may do the job. At last for me. E.g. if you look at the config.yaml in /cgi-bin/mt/plugins/ActionsStreams/ and/or at the files in /cgi-bin/mt/plugins/ActionsStreams/lib/ActionStreams/Event. Additionally there are already some plugins for other services: http://www.movabletype.org/cgi-bin/mt4community/mt-query.fcgi?IncludeBlogs=1&search=action+streams
I haven't done a plugin on my own but tweaked the existing ones to do what I want. So far I think until we have a proper howto a little self diggin is the only way. Good luck.
