We are using the Google Reader Profile and frequently experience duplicate entries for items shared from Google reader. Is there some way to prevent the actions streams from syndicating posts with the same title more than once? It appears as if action streams is creating a new entry for the same shared item every hour (even though our chron is set to a shorter interval). What signature does the plugin look for to prevent duplicates? It does not do it for all items sharred, just some and I haven't found the pattern yet.
