Can't Select Dashboard Widgets

Vote 0 Votes

Hi All,

I think I've had this problem since upgrading to 4.0 (I'm now at 4.1 MTOS), but never noticed it.

My MT Dashboard doesn't show a pulldown menu allowing me to select the widgets to display. I've tried it under both Safari and FireFox, to no avail. I've got all possible user permissions -- I'm the administrator.

Any ideas?

Thanks,

Andrew

  • The drop-down menu only appears when you have widgets that don't appear on the dashboard yet. When you first install it, all of the possible widgets are already there.. but once you install plugins that add widgets to the dashboard, you'll get a drop-down. For example, I have mt-hacks.com's Fast Search Pro plugin installed and it gives me the option to add a widget that let's me know the Top Referrers to my site/blog.
